Valérie Mélanie Engel. She grew up in the Caribbean and in France. She acquired an important experience in fashion when working for Chanel fashion house. She was part of the Image team for several years in South of France and then in Paris, participating in many fashion events, fashion shows and shop openings.

Valérie studied arts and fashion, she holds a degree in fashion business from a well known fashion school in Paris.

Then she decided to move to Miami by herself to create her dream boutique: 'Roses and Dreams' bringing her French style to South Beach.

6 years later and 2 kids she decided to move her boutique online, offering personal shopping and local deliveries. A unique and different shopping experience. In addition to participating to local events and splitting her time with her family. ♡

With a certification in Science Nutrition from the Stanton University we share our knowledge and passion for health, wellness and French tips on our ''à Table'' section plus social media. A way connect and share different cultures with our community.
