If you live in:
💕 South of Fifth, we offer you free delivery.
💕 South Beach area, we will free deliver you for a purchase of $150 & up. Less that $150, the delivery fee will be $12 and up.
💕 North Beach area, we will deliver you for free for a purchase of $190 & up. Less that $190, the delivery fee will be $25 and up.
💕 Design District & Wynwood has a $35 delivery free below $190 & less. Less that $190, the delivery fee will be $35 and up.
💕 Overtown/Downtown & Brickell, a free delivery is available with a purchase of $200 & up. Less that $200, the delivery fee will be $35 and up.

When adding an item to your cart please type your country, state and zip code in the 'shipping zone' in order to check the available shipping options and charges for your destination.
Making a return or exchange is easy.
✅ Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back:
✅Make sure you send us an email within 24 hours at rosesanddreams10@gmail.com after receiving your order, ask for a Return Merchandise Autorization (RMA) number.
✅Your item has to be shipped in the same packaging, never used, opened, washed or worn and with all original tags. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any returns past those 7 days.
✅Returns are for: Store Credit or Merchandise exchange only.
✅We do not price adjust.
✅Once your order has shipped or in the processed to be shipped it cannot be cancelled.
✅International RETURN, same policy however the customer is responsible for the return postage and international orders ate not eligible for exchange.

Defective items:
Please email us: rosesanddreams10@gmail.com with pictures of the damage in order to work on a replacement. We won’t accept any worn, washed, items and without original tag and packaging.
All sale are final sale.
Please note that we are only able to exchange we do not refund any orders. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. For any help or assistance email us we are here to help and make your shopping experience as simple/easy as possible.
For international orders, the recipient will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. We cannot give an estimate of what the taxes or duties will be.
Once your order delivered, the purchaser assumes risk of loss or damage for the merchandise.
